Art4Epilepsy increases awareness about epilepsy via collaboration with the Epilepsy Foundation of Missouri/Kansas and through other community efforts.  Links to relevant websites are provided as well as a chatroom enabling individuals to connect with others who are going through similar experiences due to epilepsy.  

ART4Epilepsy provides funding support to academic institutions researching new treatments that will reduce symptoms and improve quality of life for those suffering from epilepsy.  Our goal is to reduce the impact of epilepsy on the lives of those who develop it, allowing them to live independently with no or minimal symptoms.  We do not advocate any particular treatment option, and applications for funding are evaluated by an independent panel of experts.

Art4Epilepsy provides art supplies to pediatric patients with epilepsy to help express their feelings and reduce boredom while in the hospital for diagnosis and treatment.  In addition, a portion of donations to ART4Epilepsy supports patients with epilepsy at St. Louis Children's Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.  Their social workers provide direct assistance to families needing to access treatment and/or resources, and funds will provide parking vouchers, meals, and personal items to make hospital/doctor visits easier for the un-/under-insured.
